Traditional Steamed Lobster with White Wine
Ingredients:
- 4 lobster tails
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp dill
- 1 tsp parsley
Directions:
Using a vegetable or rice steamer, fill the bottom of the dish with white wine. Place each lobster tail on the steaming rack and steam them for about 6-10 minutes. When finished, place the wine mixture into a saucepan and add dill, butter and parsley. Cook until reduced by half and pour over top of the steamed lobster tails. Serve immediately.
