Lobster Tail Scampi with Angel Hair Pasta

Ingredients:
- 4 lobster tails cooked and shelled
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 6 mushrooms
- 1 package angel hair pasta
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook the lobster tails, remove the shells and cut the lobster tails into 3 sections. In a skillet heat the butter, add garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, mushrooms and the lobster tails.  Continue to fry the lobster meat and other ingredients in a skillet for 2-5 minutes. Meanwhile, bring some water to a boil using a large pot. Add the angel hair pasta and boil until soft. Serve the angel hair pasta with the lobster tail scampi on top.

Deep Fried Lobster Bites

Ingredients:
- 2 lobster tails shelled
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp cocktail sauce

Directions:
Heat the oil to medium high heat. Cut the lobster tails into bite sized portions and dip them into the flour. Then dip the lobster into the egg and then dredge them into the bread crumbs. Set the Lobster bites into the oil and fry them for about 3-5 minutes. Serve the deep fried lobster bites with cocktail sauce for dipping.
