Creamy Lobster Meat Bisque with White Wine

Ingredients:
- 2 lobster meat cooked, shelled, and chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of broccoli soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cream
- 4 tbsp white wine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter

Directions:
In a large pot, add the cream of mushroom soup, cream of broccoli soup, milk and cream and bring them to a boil.  Add to the pot the lobster meat and continue to heat.  Add the white wine and butter to the pot then serve.

Lobster Bake Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:
- 1 lobster tail cooked and shelled
- 12 Large Mushrooms
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cook the Lobster, shell and shred it. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and finely chop them. In a mixing bowl, combine the lobster, mushroom stems, cream cheese, mayonnaise, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and parsley. Place a spoonful of the lobster mixture into each mushroom cap. Place the lobster bake stuffed mushrooms into the oven and bake them for 25-30 minutes.
