Grilled Lobster Kabobs with Filet Mignon

Ingredients:
- 4 lobster tails
- 1 lemon chopped into wedges
- 2 Filet Mignon chopped into 2 inch squares
- 1 onion chopped into 2 inch squares
- 12 mushrooms
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
To create grilled lobster kabobs, preheat the grill to medium heat. Chop the lobster tails with shell into 1-2 inch squares. Using a wooden skewer, place a lemon wedge, lobster meat, mushroom, onion and filet mignon, repeating twice. Salt and pepper each skewer as desired and place them on the grill for 7-10 minutes or until lobster is done.

Lobster Bake Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:
- 1 lobster tail cooked and shelled
- 12 Large Mushrooms
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cook the Lobster, shell and shred it. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and finely chop them. In a mixing bowl, combine the lobster, mushroom stems, cream cheese, mayonnaise, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and parsley. Place a spoonful of the lobster mixture into each mushroom cap. Place the lobster bake stuffed mushrooms into the oven and bake them for 25-30 minutes.
